Its vision is to be a collaborative team known for ethical expertise, engagement, discernment and moral courage, equipping The Salvation Army to stand boldly as a spiritual force with an acute social conscience.

Its purpose is engaging people in ethical awareness, practice, and character.

Its desired outcomes are that The Salvation Army and its constituents will:

  1. address ethical issues using Christian principles,
  2. achieve congruency between organizational values and practice, and
  3. advance the cause of global social justice.
