The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) exists to challenge, grow and encourage those serving in leadership across our territory. Delegates are able to participate and share in events happening at the Territorial Music School as both programs run alongside each other.

Special guests include Cathie Koehnen (vocal stream) and John Lam (brass band stream).
