How does UltiPro differ from the current system?
Our current system does not have a web interface that everyone can access which means we have to use email and paper forms to relay a lot of information which then has to be re-entered into the system. This slows things down and allows for many errors when copying data.
UltiPro offers many major improvements. Employees and officers will have easy access to employee and payroll information. UltiPro also offers Time, Attendance and Scheduling capabilities. Some of our large ministry units use such systems to capture time and schedule work. UltiPro makes this available to every ministry unit in Canada. For example, our new Time & Attendance solution will be designed to provide the data required for funder reports.  Back to top of page

How will the new system impact my work?
All staff members will be able to get to their own personal and pay information faster, any time, any place. Supervisors and managers can track where requests are in the approval chain. Employee hiring and changes can be initiated at the Ministry Unit level, right in the system. Everyone will receive training on how to handle modified processes. Back to top of page

What about Bermuda?
UltiPro is not available for Bermuda. We are pursuing other, cost effective solutions for the Bermuda division. Back to top of page

Will there be training and support?
Yes! We will be providing training in many formats to make it easy for you to learn how to best use the new system. It will include reference guides, demos, live-walkthroughs, videos and more. And we will have support available if you need extra help. Back to top of page

What do I need to do now?
Ministry Units have been asked for information so we can prepare the system for them. Some people will be involved in testing. Other than that, we will let you know as soon as we need you to begin familiarizing yourself with the new system. You can check our News page at anytime for updates as we proceed. Back to top of page
