EFFECTIVE 1 JULY 2012

LIEUT- COLONELS RICARDO AND SONIA BOUZIGUES, officers of the South America East Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries in that territory, are appointed as territorial leaders of the Mexico Territory. Lieut-Colonel Ricardo Bouzigues is appointed as Territorial Commander, Mexico Territory, and Lieut-Colonel Sonia Bouzigues as Territorial President of Women's Ministries. They will take up their appointments with promotion to the rank of colonel. They succeed Commissioners David and Grace Bringans who will be retiring from active service.

MAJORS RICARDO AND MIRTHA FERNANDEZ, officers of the USA Eastern Territory, currently serving as divisional leaders in Northeast Ohio Division in that territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries in the South America East Territory. They take up their appointment responsibilities each with the rank of lieut-colonel.

COLONELS TORBEN AND DEISE ELIASEN officers of the Brazil Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women's Ministries in the Mozambique Territory, are appointed to International Headquarters. Colonel Torben Eliasen is appointed as International Secretary for the Americas and Caribbean, and Colonel Deise Eliasen as Zonal Secretary for Women's Ministries - Americas and Caribbean. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities, each with the rank of commissioner – Colonel Torben Eliasen on 1 July 2012 and Colonel Deise Eliasen on 2 July 2012. They succeed Commissioners Larry and Gillian Bosh who will be retiring from active service.

LIEUT-COLONELS AMBROISE AND ALPHONSINE ZOLA, officers of the Democratic Republic of Congo Territory, currently serving respectively as Officer Commanding and Command President of Women's Ministries, Angola Command are appointed as territorial leaders, Mozambique Territory. Lieut-Colonel Ambroise Zola is appointed as Territorial Commander, Mozambique Territory, and Lieut-Colonel Alphonsine Zola as Territorial President of Women's Ministries. They take up their appointment responsibilities each with the rank of colonel.

LIEUT- COLONELS CÉLESTIN AND VÉRONIQUE PULULU, officers of The Democratic Republic of Congo Territory and currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries, Mozambique Territory, are appointed as command leaders, Angola Command. Lieut-Colonel Célestin Pululu is appointed as Officer Commanding, Angola Command, and Lieut-Colonel Veronique Pululu as Command President of Women's Ministries.

MAJORS MANUEL AND IRENE NHELENHELE, officers of the Southern Africa Territory currently serving as divisional leaders in the Central North Division in the Mozambique Territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries in that territory. They take up their appointment responsibilities each with the rank of lieut-colonel.

LIEUT- COLONELS CHELLIAH AND MALLLIKA MONY, officers of the India South Eastern Territory currently serving respectively as Secretary for Programme Administration and Silver Star Secretary in that territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries in the India South-Western Territory. They succeed Lieut-Colonels Masilamony and Sathiyabama Ponniah who will be retiring from active service.

INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS

LIEUT-COLONEL GEANETTE SEYMOUR, an officer of the Australia Eastern Territory and currently serving at International Headquarters as the Senior Policy Analyst and Intern Programme Co-ordinator, International Social Justice Commission, is appointed as the Director of the International Social Justice Commission, in succession to Commissioner Christine MacMillan who will be retiring from active service.
