The following international appointments and promotions have been decided by the General:

EFFECTIVE 1 MARCH 2013

MAJORS WASHINGTON DANIEL AND AZRA WASHINGTON, officers of the Pakistan Territory, currently serving as divisional leaders, Lahore Division, in that territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries in the Pakistan Territory. They take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieutenant-colonel. They succeed Lieut-Colonels Yousaf Ghulam and Rebecca Yousaf who will receive new appointments.

 

EFFECTIVE 1 APRIL 2013

COLONELS LALZAMLOVA AND NEMKHANCHING, officers of the India Eastern Territory currently serving as territorial leaders in the Philippines Territory, are appointed to International Headquarters. Colonel Lalzamlova is appointed as International Secretary for South Asia, and Colonel Nemkhanching as Zonal Secretary for Women's Ministries – South Asia. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities, each with the rank of commissioner – Colonel Lalzamlova on 1 April 2013 and Colonel Nemkhanching on 2 April 2013. They succeed Commissioners Lalkiamlova and Lalhlimpuii who will be retiring from active service.

COLONELS WAYNE AND ROBYN MAXWELL, officers of the Australia Eastern Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries in that territory are appointed as territorial leaders of the Philippines Territory. Colonel Wayne Maxwell is appointed as Territorial Commander, The Philippines Territory and Colonel Robyn Maxwell as Territorial President of Women's Ministries.

COLONELS RICHARD AND JANET MUNN, officers of the USA Eastern Territory, are appointed to the Australia Eastern Territory. Colonel Richard Munn currently serves as Principal of the International College for Officers and Centre for Spiritual Life Development, and as Secretary for International Ecumenical Relations. Colonel Janet Munn serves as Associate Principal of the International College for Officers and Centre for Spiritual Life Development, and as Secretary for Spiritual Life Development. Colonels Munn are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries, Australia Eastern Territory.

COMMISSIONER LYNETTE PEARCE, a retired officer of the Australia Eastern Territory, is appointed as Principal of the International College for Officers and Centre for Spiritual Life Development on a pro tem basis.
