The following international appointments and promotions have been decided by the General.
EFFECTIVE 1 NOVEMBER 2018
COLONELS LEE AND DEBORAH GRAVES, officers of the Canada and Bermuda Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Leader Development, United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland. They succeed Colonels David and Sylvia Hinton who will be retiring from active service.
LT-COLONELS EDWARD AND SHELLEY HILL, officers of the U.S.A. Western Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Canada and Bermuda Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
MAJORS GARTH AND PATRICIA NIEMAND, officers of the Southern Africa Territory currently serving as Secretary for Business Administration and Assistant Territorial Programme Secretary (Social) in the Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar Territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of lt-colonel.

COMMISSIONERS FLOYD AND TRACEY TIDD, officers of the Canada and Bermuda Territory currently serving respectively as National Commander and National President of Women’s Ministries in Australia, are appointed to continue in leadership there, as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Australia Territory.
COLONELS MARK AND JULIE CAMPBELL, officers of the Australia Eastern Territory currently serving respectively as National Chief Secretary and National Secretary for Women’s Ministries in Australia, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Australia Territory.
