Volunteer Recruitment and Onboarding
for Community Care Ministries
As part of our commitment to excellence in ministry and care, Community Care Ministries (CCM) fully aligns with the updated territorial volunteer screening, training, and onboarding processes effective May 1, 2025.
These enhancements reflect valuable feedback from frontline ministry units and have been carefully tailored with CCM-specific considerations in mind. From visitation teams to fellowship and outreach leaders, all CCM volunteer roles are now mapped to the updated Volunteer Requirement Chart and associated training resources.
We strongly encourage all corps and ministry units to adopt this refreshed process when recruiting and equipping CCM volunteers. It will help ensure safe, consistent, and spiritually grounded service while reducing administrative burden and supporting deeper mission impact in your local context.
Below, you can learn more about the new CCM onboarding pathway, including the Volunteer Services process and new training modules.
