The Social Mission Department offers a team of internal consultants to Ministry Units and Divisions for program development. Consultation services include:

  • advice/coaching 

The Social Mission Department also acts as internal consultants for other territorial and divisional departments, a role which includes reviewing program proposals, restructuring forms, funding agreements, preliminary designs for capital projects, speaking into territorial decision making from a program perspective through participation on various boards and committees, draft operating policies, and supporting the creation of territorial positions/guidelines on relevant issues and organizational standards.
