LIEUT. COMMISSIONERS ROBERT AND MRS. HENRY
Robert Henry stepped into the ranks of officership from Brisbane, Australia in 1893. He has a succession of appointments of increasing importance and rose to be one of the front-rank Staff Officers in Australia. He did his duty as a Chaplain-Captain with the Australian Expeditionary Forces, and on returning to Melbourne at the close of the War was appointed to the Field Secretary of the Territory.
From there he graduated to the Chief Secretary-ship of New Zealand. In March of 1926 he moved to Toronto to become Chief Secretary for the Canada East Territory.
Lieut.-Commissioner Henry takes up his appointment as Territorial Commander for the Canada West Territory following his service in the Canada East Territory as Chief Secretary.
