Yet once again across the span of years,
We hear the Call compelling, go forth as Pioneers,
Make haste to build a highway straight and clear,
No barriers in the way when God draws near.

Teaching and preaching, the sinner beseeching,
Caring and daring, our efforts unsparing,
We'll make in the desert a highway for our God,
Our Lord ever serving, His well done our reward,
Lord keep us faithful, Lord keep up faithful,
As pioneers, as pioneers,
Keep us faithful as PIONEERS.

We follow them, the Saints of years gone by,
Who for Christ's sake endured; They blazed a trail for us,
O'ercame their fears, did suffer live and die,
Discovering new ways, God's Pioneers.
