CONTEMPLATION
Viewing a world of sorrow, hate and strife.
Searching for answers to the meaning of life.
Discordant scenes and sounds reach the heart,
What can we do, Lord, what is our part?

Doubt not our purpose to follow Thy way,
Ours not to question to go or to stay:
Out of the confusion we hear Thy voice,
Urgent, insistent, we have no choice!

Without Thy Spirit, Jesus,

To speak of Calvary's Hill.
