BounceBack is a free program from the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) designed to help individuals 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Working with workbooks and a trained coach over the telephone to guide you and encourage you to reflect, BounceBack can help you build skills to improve your mental health. Whether your symptoms have been brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic or other significant life events.

- How BounceBack works
- Eligibility criteria and who may benefit, including how the program may support the mental health of populations you serve
- Real life stories from past participants
