This pillar focuses on strengthening our team's capacity to advance the mission by enhancing recruitment, retention, appointment practices, and leadership development, while building strategic continuity, retaining critical knowledge, and sustaining mission impact.
Key work will include:
- Strengthening leadership capabilities through leadership development programs.
- Recruitment, retention, and appointment practices for officers, employees, and volunteer lay leaders.
- Strategic continuity to ensure critical knowledge and expertise are retained and shared.
- Developing future leaders for key roles (succession management).
- Implementing accountability frameworks (performance management).
