Forge Innovative Partnerships​

This pillar focuses on developing and nurturing innovative partnerships to enhance collaboration, expand mission impact and secure sustainable funding.  We will deepen internal partnerships with integration across all ministry expressions by fostering collaboration to deliver holistic, Christ-centred mission in every community.

 Key work will include:

• A strategy to support corps, community services and social mission to engage diverse partnerships and develop an evaluation framework to evaluate effectiveness.
• Ensure integrated ministry in communities by fostering collaboration among all expressions of ministry.
• Optimize thrift stores for revenue generation and missional opportunities.
