Optimize Mission Impact​

This pillar will ensure our locations, programs and resources are positioned where they can make the greatest difference, adapting to meet changing community needs. We will improve client services through data-informed decisions and a practice of learning from outcomes.

Key work will include:

• Revitalizing or closing unproductive ministries and identifying new places where we are needed.
• Allocating our scarce resources in a way that prioritizes mission-critical programs and services at the community level.
• Developing capabilities and building accountability to monitor and leverage data.
• Enhancing reporting capabilities for government and funders.
