Territorial Strategy

The Salvation Army in Canada and Bermuda has been on a 10-year transformation journey toward our 2030 vision:

To be an innovative partner, mobilized to share hope wherever there is hardship, building communities that are just and know the love of Jesus.

In 2026, the halfway point of our journey, we paused to listen, reflect, and realign around what matters most, while building on the strong foundation already in place. Many people from across the territory looked to our future, shared their thoughts, asked questions, and prayed together for our territory. These guided the next phase under our shared theme: Forward Together - Christ-centred, others-focused.

As we build on our strengths, we continue to follow the same four strategic pillars introduced in 2021-Strengthen Spiritual Health, Design for People, Forge Innovative Partnerships, and Optimize Mission Impact.
