COLONEL REUBEN BAILEY
Reuben Bailey was born 1860 in Lambeth, Surrey, England, United Kingdom.
In February 12, 1887, Staff Captain Bailey was appointed Military Secretary.
On June 1, 1887 he was appointed Chief of the Staff (Canadian Territory), with the rank of Major. On September 1, 1888 his title was changed to Chief Secretary with a promotion to the rank of Colonel.
Colonel Bailey married Charlotte Annie Salmon on 6 Aug 1888 in York, Ontario.
