The Emerging Leaders Final Gathering brings participants together at the conclusion of the program to reflect on learning, share insights from applied leadership projects, and celebrate progress made throughout the Emerging Leaders journey. This in-person gathering creates space for connection, peer learning, and meaningful conversation about leadership growth and impact.
The Final Gathering marks the culmination of the Emerging Leaders program and recognizes participants’ commitment to developing practical leadership skills in alignment with the mission and values of The Salvation Army.
