Leadership Cafés are interactive, facilitated learning sessions that support leadership growth through conversation, reflection, and shared practice. Cafés create space for leaders to explore real leadership challenges, learn from one another, and apply leadership concepts in their own ministry and work contexts.
This Café session focuses specifically on the following concepts and tasks from the Performance Appraisal course:
- Identify and apply performance appraisal best practices
- Evaluate and discuss performance objectively
- Orient feedback toward action
Leadership Cafés are part of the Foundational and Advanced Leadership Certifications.
