Available to leaders who have completed the Applied Leadership Programs, Executive Management Programs are designed for those stepping into or currently serving in executive leadership roles.

Leader Internship Leadership Certification

A dynamic leadership development experience designed to give participants real-world exposure to organizational leadership through hands-on learning, strategic projects and direct engagement with senior leaders.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Emerging Leaders Leadership Certification.

Next Steps: Graduates are eligible to apply for the Executive Management Leadership Certification.

Non-Profit Executive Management Leadership Certification

This emerging program will support Salvation Army leaders in pursuing advanced academic learning at the master’s level. With flexible delivery options and cost support from Leadership Development, participants will strengthen strategic and ethical leadership skills that deepen their impact in ministry and community. Further details will be shared with graduates of our Applied Leadership Programs as partnerships and pathways are finalized.
