I Stand Amazed
This song uses the words of Charles Hutchison Gabriel’s classic hymn “I Stand Amazed in the Presence” which explores the transforming power of God’s grace and love. Combining elements from the original hymn with new lyrics and a fresh melody, the song reflects a journey of personal renewal, healing, and surrender to Christ’s presence. It speaks to the marvel of God’s work in lifting us from despair, molding our hearts, and restoring the beauty of our souls. The chorus celebrates His miraculous love, while the bridge offers a prayer of trust and dedication, affirming that every breath is given in service to His light.
