Rob Birks and Stephen Court are both Salvation Army officers. Rob is a veteran composer who has engaged in creative collaboration projects for several years. Salvation is a product of one of those projects while both Rob and Stephen were part of a team that started a base network in Los Angeles, California. Rob wrote the lyrics and Stephen added the music.
