SURVEYS

Given that trust, transparency and officer voice emerged as central themes, it is critical that officer voices remain at the heart of action, planning and implementation. To achieve this, we are seeking feedback from active officers on each of the 6 key priorities. The Officer Well-Being Working Group will use these results, along with insights gained through organic and formal conversations, to frame recommendations that will be presented to the Spiritual and Denominational Affairs Board.

The surveys are password protected, and the password can be found in the communique that was sent to all active officers on June 23, 2026.

The surveys will close on Friday, July 17, 2026.
