Our lives can revolve around many things. What would you say your life revolved around prior to Covid19? Have you noticed any shifts?
I am not an avid television watcher, but as I watched television for a bit last night, I was reminded how much advertising has shifted to revolve around life with Covid19. Not even advertising their product, it...

Gracious moments surrounded me. Husband, wife, son, and friend engaged in a rhythm that flowed with utter goodness. Words of kindness, showing favour, and demonstrations of compassionate care were intermingled and palpable. Our dear friend, who knows of limited days, ended our brief time together in prayer. His steadfast, certain faith...

“Life is Fragile: Handle with Care.” I was thinking about this statement yesterday evening. I discovered these words were stamped on hundreds of posters, stickers, and other promotional materials in the 1970’s when the Dow Company undertook a massive campaign to raise awareness about the importance of safety. On Monday, Martin Luther King Day was celebrated. Martin...

I still have many pieces to go. My 1000-piece puzzle still needs attention putting it together into the whole it is designed for. Some pieces fit into place quite easily. Other pieces I have picked up, turned over in my hand, and set back down. The piece is too difficult to position, so I reach for what might be an easier piece.

The new strain of the Covid19 virus transmits easier. The increased numbers of Covid19 cases are putting an increased toll on our hospitals and health-care workers. This virus continues to exhibit its power. If it were a human, perhaps it would boast loudly about its strength. In response to its power our voices proclaim “No!” or...

Yesterday a cheer went up from our home as someone we know was able to receive the Covid19 vaccine. Dose number two will come in a few weeks.
But what about_______________? I can admit that while I was celebrating and thankful I was thinking of the many who are not yet on any waiting list and others around the world for which the...
