Isaiah Allen is a soldier of Heritage Park Temple Corps in Winnipeg, Assistant Professor of Religion at Booth University College, a husband and a father. He has served in congregational ministry, leadership development and theological education. He holds a PhD in biblical studies from London School of Theology/Middlesex University and has taught in Canada, the United States and Nigeria. He brings a biblical and theological lens to issues of living out Christian faith in the contemporary world, including the place of artificial intelligence in ministry.

Strategy, AI and Integrated Capability Delivery
Information Technology Department


Frank leads Strategy, AI and Integrated Capabilities for The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory, with a focus on the responsible adoption and governance of emerging technologies. Drawing on prior CIO and executive leadership roles, five years with The Salvation Army and collaboration through The Salvation Army’s International IT Council, he brings together enterprise strategy, technology governance and practical implementation. His focus for this series is practical and grounded: cutting through the AI noise to explore where it can genuinely help our people and advance our mission.
