Souls of men are straying,
Self and sin displaying.
But the Saviour like a Shepherd
Seeks to find the lost:
Tenderly He's calling,
Hear His echoes falling,
Nor in love doth He e'er count the cost.

To win the souls of men, and bring them back again!
To win for Him who vict'ry won by His Eternal Son!
For in the Master's eyes all that win souls are wise.:

Men in need are crying,
Souls in sin are dying,
Only through the Saviour's Blood
Can their Salvation rise;
Who will tell the Story?
Who will bring the Glory?
He that winneth souls is wondrous wise!

All my hours and all my powers
To Thee; Lord, I will bring;
This my chief endeavour,
