We have heard the word of God; there's a message to proclaim;
We have heard the voice of God calling out our name;
And Christ's love compels us; we know he died to save us all;
And Christ's love compels us to rise and answer his call.

Since we know the love of God, it's plain what we must do;
And since we know the power of God, we'll make this plea to you;
Now's the time to find Jesus; open your eyes and see;
We'll work to show you Jesus; the one who died to set you free.

We have seen the world's great need; there's a work that must be done;
We have seen the light of God, shining though the Son;
Breaking through the darkness; revealing life that's full and new!
We will work for Jesus; we'll bring his healing to you.

We'll work to show you Jesus; the one who died to set you free.

We will plant the seeds of faith and God will make them grow;
We will plant the seeds of faith, wherever we may go;
And God's power sustains us; we'll work so all may come to see;
And God's power sustains us; we will now labor and lead.
