MEET THE TEAM
College for Officer Training staff are responsible for implementing and integrating CFOT’s strategy, vision and policies to achieve desired training outcomes. We are a group of deeply committed Christians who share a passion for training and educating cadets, auxiliary-lieutenants, auxiliary-captains and officers. CFOT staff help people respond to their call to ministry and service, succeed in training and achieve their goals as they share hope, spread the love of Jesus and help transform lives.
Major (Dr.) Corinne L. Cameron, BA, MA, DMin
A Salvation Army officer for 27 years, currently serving as Training Principal. Corinne gives oversight to candidates, officer training and development, and leadership development for officers, including those fulfilling spiritual leadership roles.
Major (Dr.) Steven Cameron, BA, MDiv, DMin
A Salvation Army Officer for over 25 years, currently serving as the Assistant Training Principal.

Captain Almeta Ward
A Salvation Army Officer for 5 years, currently as the Mission and Ministry Formation Coordinator
Dr. Alison Moore, DMin
Has served with The Salvation Army for over 35 years in Corps, currently serving as Spiritual Life Development Coordinator.
Dr. Michael Boyce, BA (Hons), MA, PhD
Has served with The Salvation Army for over 20 years in education. After overseeing the revision and implementation of the new 8-Year Plan training model, he is currently serving as Director, Academics - CFOT.

A lifelong Salvationist, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Training College Principal and Assistant Training Principal.

Has worked with The Salvation Army since 2023 and currently serves as a CFOT Administrative Coordinator.

A lifelong Salvationist, currently serving as the Candidates Project Coordinator.

Has worked at The Salvation Army since 2021 and currently serves as Administrative Coordinator for Candidates and Youth Departments.
