Planning
Planning is responsible for assessing community needs during a disaster relief operation and recommending appropriate short- and long-term Salvation Army assistance programs to meet those needs.
Planning also involves identifying potential hazards and assessing the risks associated with these hazards. Plans can then be developed to mitigate these risks.
