Leadership Cafés are interactive, facilitated learning sessions that support leadership growth through conversation, reflection, and shared practice. Cafés create space for leaders to explore real leadership challenges, learn from one another, and apply leadership concepts in their own ministry and work contexts.
This Café session focuses specifically on the following concepts and tasks from the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging course:
- Becoming aware of our own biases
- Fostering inclusion in The Salvation Army
- Becoming a diversity advocate
Leadership Cafés are part of the Foundational and Advanced Leadership Certifications.
