Leadership Cafés are interactive, facilitated learning sessions that support leadership growth through conversation, reflection, and shared practice. Cafés create space for leaders to explore real leadership challenges, learn from one another, and apply leadership concepts in their own ministry and work contexts.
This Café session focuses specifically on the following concepts and tasks from the Difficult Interactions course:
- Determine which conflicts to resolve
- Address the negative emotions conflict raises
- Clarify the facts of an interpersonal conflict
- Solve the problem underlying a difficult interaction
- Manage conflict between direct reports
Leadership Cafés are part of the Foundational and Advanced Leadership Certifications.
