Leadership Cafés are interactive, facilitated learning sessions that support leadership growth through conversation, reflection, and shared practice. Cafés create space for leaders to explore real leadership challenges, learn from one another, and apply leadership concepts in their own ministry and work contexts.
This Café session focuses specifically on the following concepts and tasks from the Decision Making course:
- Create the right context and identify objectives for decisions that need to be made
- Avoid common decision-making challenges
- Generate and evaluate alternatives for a decision
- Bring the process to closure and make a final decision
- Communicate and implement the decision
Leadership Cafés are part of the Foundational and Advanced Leadership Certifications.
