Captain Laura Van Schaick

Throughout my years as an officer I have served in corps, divisional and territorial appointments. This broad cross-section of experiences has reinforced a passion for mission and a recognition of the importance of both organizational health and officer well-being. As we seek to uphold the values of dignity and stewardship, we must ensure that we are respecting the inherent worth of our officers and managing this precious human resource well.
