With less than a week to go to the election, the kids back in school, and the Fall starting to take shape, you may finally have an opportunity to start looking at your choices for places to park your vote.  Thankfully, we have excellent news outlets that have distilled the party platforms for the parties contending for your support.

The Government of Canada is currently accepting applications for Canada Summer Jobs 2021, and has extended temporary COVID-19 related flexibilities.

The New Horizons for Seniors program is accepting applications for regular grants of up to $25,000 and small grants of up to $5,000.  The deadline for application is October 20, 2020 at 3 p.m. (Eastern).
