Emily MacFarlane - Consultant, Management and Organizational Ethics

Emily MacFarlane was the first graduate of the Business Administration degree program at Booth University College. Upon completion of her degree, she joined the team at The Salvation Army Ethics Centre. This led to a deeper interest in values-based leadership and organizational life.

In 2020, Emily completed her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. In her role as Consultant for Management and Organizational Ethics, Emily is responsible for supporting the organization-wide integration and strategic alignment of the territory’s core values, helping ensure they are consistently reflected in organizational culture, practices, and decision-making.

Emily is a Salvationist and is actively involved at her home corps in Winnipeg. Emily is the Corps Sergeant Major, and is part of the Young People's Committee, Administration and Stewardship Committee, and has taught Sunday School for 20 years.
