Emily MacFarlane - Consultant, Management and Organizational Ethics

Emily MacFarlane was the first graduate of the Business Administration degree program at Booth University College. Upon completion of her degree she joined the team at The Salvation Army Ethics Centre. This led to a deeper interest in organizational life.

In 2020 Emily completed her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. In her role as Consultant for Management and Organizational Ethics, Emily is tasked with developing resources and tools that support the integration of the territory’s core values across the organization.

Emily is a Salvationist and is actively involved at her home corps in Winnipeg. Emily chairs a committee dedicated to supporting families with young children, is part of the Young People’s Committee, and has taught Sunday School for 14 years.

Emily married her high school sweetheart in 2012. Together they have three young sons.
