Territorial Finance Manual (TFM)
The TFM is the principal document for finance and accounting related polices within the Canada & Bermuda Territory. As a supplement to the official “Manual of Operating Polices” the TFM is published and maintained by the Territorial Finance Department to provide information and guidance to Salvation Army personnel (both staff and volunteers) involved in finance and accounting related work. The TFM is published on Lotus Notes and is available to any individual with a “saDashboard” user account. To obtain a “saDashboard” account, contact your divisional headquarters (or the I.T.
