My passion for gender equity is driven by the belief that everyone, regardless of gender, deserves equitable opportunities, recognition, and respect for their unique gifts. I am grateful for the steps we are taking to cultivate an environment where everyone feels valued.

Over the last three years, my wife, Crystal, and I have held separate appointments, affording us the opportunity to serve in areas we are truly passionate about as individuals. While we cherish the times we get to work together, this current season brings fulfillment as well, as we serve in different capacities.
