Here are further Thank You notes with glimpses into their ministry, from our international personnel upon receiving the TMF Easter Gifts:
Along with Paul, I want to say thank you to the Canada and Bermuda Territory for monetary support, and even more for prayer support. I cannot explain to you the peace of God that we have experienced, from the day Commissioner Lee approached us, to this day. When we feel lonely for family God sends someone our way to encourage us either through a surprise video call, a message (email) or even folks here who support us so well.
Kelly & Paul Rideout, Major
Grateful as always for this note and blessing of Easter.
Ian & Wendy Swan
Thank you for your personal and thoughtful reflection, and this gift notification. May we embrace hope during these most holy days. A fractured and fragile world is loved by God. May we serve Him well this day, and always.
Brenda & Shawn Critch
Thank you for this information, this blessing of the Easter gift (it will go towards making small Easter baskets for 24 officers with eggs, chocolates, and other small things again this year). And, also thank you for your reflections. I am so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. Your words on grief ring very true. This week, I too wept for all the heartbreak around – in frustration, in anger at the injustice especially those acts done (or not done) by those with power against the vulnerable, in sadness. And yet we know all things will be made new and God is sovereign and resurrection and life and salvation are winning and will prevail.
