Sacramental living is abiding in relationship with Jesus, so that others may believe, and have life in his name.
While powerful spiritual experiences are a gift when they come, they cannot be the point of Christian spirituality, or we will find ourselves increasingly disillusioned with our everyday spiritual fare.

Over the past number of months, we’ve explored the various aspects of what has come to be known as our Discipleship Essentials. As we come to the final aspect of what it can look like to live as CHRIST-centred, OTHERS-focused disciples, we acknowledge and realize that there is a specific and unique context in which our discipleship finds itself and is expressed: The Salvation Army. And so we finish by examining the S of our OTHERS acronym: Salvationism.
Comparison is the thief of joy—and love, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
We all need close, personal attention. We cannot give or receive this in exclusively virtual ways.
