Conferences, webinars, and learning opportunities for Corps Life & Health.

Language can be one of the most significant barriers in intergenerational immigrant churches. Different generations often have different language skills and preferences, leading to communication challenges, cultural misunderstandings, and a sense of separation within the church. These differences can affect faith conversations, create divisions in worship and ministry, and make intergenerational discipleship difficult.

This seminar invites pastors and leaders of diaspora churches to gather for a story-based conversation. You’ll hear from leaders in similar contexts who are navigating the same realities — what they’ve tried, what’s helped, and what they’re still discerning.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, but together we can reflect on creative, practical approaches to bridging language gaps in ways that suit your unique ministry context.
