All children and youth 0 - 18 need to be counted on one of the five official rolls. Infants and children should be counted on the Friends’ Roll unless they become Junior Soldiers (age 7+), Senior Soldiers (age 14+), Adherents (age 14+), or are placed temporarily on the Sr. Recruits’ Roll until a training takes place. (Note: the Jr Recruits’ Roll can be used to keep track of prospective Junior Soldier recruits but is not one of the five official rolls, therefore names must still be counted on the Friends’ Roll.)The Cradle Roll, Sunday School Register and other membership records are not considered official membership rolls. They are for the purpose of keeping track of individuals involved in different programs and activities. Names on these rolls must also appear on either the Friends’ Roll or Junior Soldier Roll
