We asked our winners ... What inspires you about the Booths?

Rebecca: Their faith in God and their commitment to fight for people until the very, very end.

Leo: The Methodist boots-on-the-ground approach to sharing the good news! He took church to the people, where they were, as Yeshuah would have. His conviction led him to do great things, and made him a role model to aspire to be.

Scarlett: Somos soldados de Guatemala 🇬🇹 lo que más me inspira es el gran amor hacia las personas y principalmente a Dios, también la pasión con la que construyeron la misión del Ejército de Salvación.

(We are soldiers from Guatemala. What inspires me most is the great love for people and mainly for God, and the passion with which they built the mission of The Salvation Army.)

George: I like that they preached the gospel of salvation and cared for the needs of all mankind.

Janet: I am a Salvationist born and bred. My bonnet was given to me by my grandad, Brigadier A. Saggers, when I was enrolled as a senior soldier a long time ago. I still love The Salvation Army.

Captain Josh: His beard.
