2022 marked a year of our team leaning into the idea of “everyone everywhere”. We have spent this year beginning to learn what it means to create a culture and environment where those who are often overlooked, unheard, and/or unseen are invited to influence and speak into our response, prevention, protection, and support work. This has been an amazing journey of learning, adapting, connecting, building relationships, growth, and empowerment that we will continue to embark on in the years to come.
