Congress and Commissioning Weekend kicked off June 15 with Under the Big Top, a family-friendly community event at the Toronto Congress Centre. The festivities included bouncy castles, sports games, music, plenty of food, a petting zoo, facepainting and a devotional message from Commissioner Susan McMillan, territorial commander.
