    On Sunday, September 20, Commissioner Floyd Tidd, territorial commander, presided over a special livestreamed service to welcome 16 cadets from the Messengers of Reconciliation Session, one field-based tailored training (FBTT) cadet and two newly accepted auxiliary-captains.
