On Wednesday October 23, 2019 28 people from 4 corps assembled at North Street Citadel in Hamilton, Bermuda to learn more about integrated mission. Through knowledge sharing and interactive activities the group explored how The Salvation Army in Bermuda can become more intentional about creating space for meaningful conversations to build relationships.
Captain Mark Crabb consolidated the evening's learnings by saying, "Jesus' deep care for all people compelled him, drove him, into communities to bring about change through resistance - tearing down oppressive/abusive structures/systems that destroyed or took away people's hope for a better life. Going into community to bring about change restores hope".
