All people are capable of change, but we must always remember that people are not objects to which change is ‘done’ but are rather subjects who are intimately involved in their own change. Change can be influenced by relationship within community. Changes in some individuals or groups within a community can effect change in others and in the community as a whole. In this way communities continue to learn and grow.
