Pathway of Hope Leaders from all four US Territories along with Canada & Bermuda Territory meet twice a year to discuss #PathwayofHope, address challenges, celebrate strengths and share critical resources.

We are a small but mighty community ministries team offering this valuable program. Pathway of Hope’s vision helps people and families through life’s challenges, steering participants in a positive direction that can bring transformative change to entire communities.

In the face of COVID-19, The Salvation Army has had to stand up to a new situation, and across Canada, you have risen to that challenge. You have shifted your services, reaching out into communities by serving meals, distributing food hampers, offering spiritual support and in many other ways.

The seminar featured encouraging and inspiring words from our special guest Colonel Evie Diaz, Chief Secretary for Canada and Bermuda Territory.

Pathway of Hope provides intensive case management to individuals and families who have a desire to take action to break the cycle of crisis while intentionally surrounding the family with spiritual care for access to spiritual growth and development.

The Salvation Army Windsor's Outreach Department has won the 2021 Pathway of Hope Best Practice Ministry Unit Award for providing excellent community support.
