After much dialogue with ministry and training partners and stakeholders, the College for Officer Training (CFOT) in the Canada and Bermuda Territory will welcome its first session of cadets into a new eight-year training and development program. This training program covers the professional and ecclesiastical development for one year of candidacy, two years as cadets and five years as lieutenants.
Over the coming weeks and months, there will be more communication about this training program, including two virtual townhall meetings. Please join us on either May 1 or May 3 to learn about the CFOT eight-year training program and updated pathways to officership.
