Whether we realize it or not, it’s happening in our homes, communities, towns and cities.
February 22 has been declared National Human Trafficking Awareness Day by the House of Commons
to help bring attention to the magnitude of modern slavery in Canada and abroad and
encourage Canadians to take steps to combat human trafficking.
